I recently sold my mum's house through Mansell McTaggart and I have to say I was very happy with how they handled the sale for me. The house probably wasn't the easiest to sell considering its condition but they managed none the less. Michael kept me informed all the way and the sale went through as smooth as it could have. Chris Bates and the team at Mansell McTaggart Burgess Hill were incredibly helpful during the sale of my flat. Chris' initial advice around the sale price and marketing strategy were honest and truthful - he didn't try to oversell his services or push for the instruction in any way, but gave sound and accurate advice which led to a sale being agreed within 6 days of the property being marketed. Chris was very responsive throughout the entire process, often coming back to me within an hour or so and maintained close contact with the buyer and their solicitor to ensure a smooth conveyancing process (around 2 months from sale agreed to exchange). I would highly recommend Chris and the team, and would certainly use their services again.
