Check your yams beforehand as it non refundable. I bought a box of yams and the next day, i tried to cook some and almost all were rotten. The lady said u should check before leaving. How will u know its rotten without cutting it? I was told to bring it back to the shop. I couldn't be bothered as I live 30 minutes away. Money down the drain. They should atleast have an email so we can send photos and videos to customer service.

They have an amazing variety of very good products. The staff are good and friendly. But the prices or reduced items and a few items are far too high. The end bill is a bit high. Also, sometimes they sell onion that have gone a bit old and some rotten, for the same price. This has been the case when buying onions.

Got introduced to this shop by someone I know. Wasn’t the easiest of places to find as signs not too clear at the industrial area. Once your in, floor plan is easy to follow. The butchers where pleasant and welcoming but did not change their gloves when serving different meats. Everything else was fine, lots of world food. Even had Nigerian Coca Cola which made different for particular market

Very nice store, variety of fresh and frozen food. There's lots of Chinese food, too. Only pay attention to fresh fruits which are not very fresh or with kind of parasites. You can find very good bargains there. And definitely better shop than home sense. Strongly recommend this store if you are looking for better taste!

This store always bills me extra as shown on the till, the owner himself last week entered 2 pounds extra of what had actually been billed on the computer screen and I caught him with the extra two pounds while swiping my card, he apologised with a guilty face. While I came here to check the reviews it's astonishing as how many customers have mentioned similar thing.
We bought chicken once which had a disease on the chest area and the butcher was telling us it's country chicken as if we have never purchase chicken our whole lives.
Some items they sell without the outer cover, example waffers for lesser price, it tasted so awful like some powder.
Finally the customer service is worst of the worst in this world. The women at the counter don't wish, don't thank, they don't smile nothing. They don't help in assistance and are so rude like they doing us a huge favour and giving away all the items for free.
I don't understand how such shops exist in this country, where customer service is supposed to be top notch.
I have given one star for the variety they have in store nothing else.

Very bad customer services even though they have good variety but in butchers if you reach there 30 minutes before closing they refuse to serve you as they have to do closing. If you are a working 9 to 6 you will never get the meat....

I'm new to the area but I want to let people know they sell expired washed chicken and meat. I will be shopping in London butchers very disappointing to say the least. Please smell the meat before you leave it should be odourless.
