Working here for more than 1year now, could say is a nice workplace, people are nice, from the factory manager which is always supportive and understanding, to the team members which are working together. This is a workplace and will always be pros and cons about everything,as we are all different and we have different thinking and approach.as long as we are working towards the same goal, try to communicate, get to work on time and show commitment, nobody has a word to say.therefore ignore the previous reviews as the management has changed and also the team.
