I have always had quite a pleasant experience at M & G Cairns however on this one occasion my experience was not so pleasant. I specifically ordered a jacket potato WITH salad, however when I got my jacket potato I asked was there any salad and one women who works at M & G Cairns stated in an extremely rude manner I had not requested any salad and to next time ask for salad as it is a different price. I do not appreciate this kind of customer service when I have been using this butchers for quite some time. Their attitude towards customers I think is absolutely disgusting all because I wanted salad. AND THEN they go on to insulting myself and others as customers to each other behind the counter which is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I most certainly will NOT be using this butchers again, and will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Chicken was veiny and fatty majority of it went in the bin steak pie was rank very hard I wouldn't call it a bakery and didn't help the small girl got raw chicken juice everywere
