Been going to this lovely butchers for over twenty years. Nothing is too much trouble if you want something specific. The Christmas turkey is exceptional and chicken tastes so much better than supermarket. Everything is so good. When mum was alive I could get her one lamb chop... Three slices of bacon or one chicken breast which is so helpful for someone on their own. Love everything about this family business

Fantastic Butchers,so friendly,so helpful and the meat is 2nd to none.We wouldn't go anywhere else and even our dog will only eat meat from there..he knows if I have bought from somewhere else!!

I like to go to Betts as the meat tastes delicious. Mince is certainly a must, you can really appreciate the quality compared to a super market. Others favourites are the minted lamb chops and steak and kidney.
Today I picked up a sauce to go with pork or duck so giving that a try.
The staff are always friendly and I have a laugh whilst visiting.
Open jubilee Bank Holiday until 1pm.

My partner and I used this Butchers for the first time today and he said the staff were very helpful and the meat he came home with looks absolutely beautiful. The cooked chicken we purchased we had for lunch and was delicious I was also pleasantly surprised at how reasonable priced they are.

Recently moved to Little common and so happy to have found this independent butchers on our doorstep. The traditional sausages are amazing and the Cornish pasties are great too. The shoulder of lamb we had at Xmas was delicious. Thoroughly recommend
