Lynx have become my regular supplier for heating oil. The reality is, if you use one of the oil clubs which do consolidated ordering in my area the odds are it will be Lynx that will deliver, but while it might be a couple of pence per liter cheaper through an oil club, it's less convenient.

If I order direct from Lynx, they'll be there within 24 hours. The drivers who've come to do the delivery have always been very pleasant.

Ultimately, I feel like I can rely on Lynx, and that's important with such a critical thing for your house.

We have been customers of Lynx Fuels for some time now. We have always found the staff to be friendly, obliging and professional. The prices for kerosene have always been competitive in relation to competitors, so we have always bought from them, as it is nice to think that with the prices being favourable it is also good to support a local firm.
Recently we actually ran out of kerosene, so I contacted the team who quoted an emergency delivery price (works out to be fair given alternative to immersion heater running costs for 5 days) and were told it would be delivered the following working day, which I thought was great. Imagine my surprise when I returned home to see that Lynx had already been the same day. Excellent service, really happy. Thanks.

We were due a delivery from this company today, ordered through the local Oil Club. They arrived at the end of our lane, the driver decided that his tanker would not go down it, so just drove away. I phoned to complain and was told that the lane had a ditch and embankment beside it which might collapse under the weight. That's odd. It does not collapse when we have the bin wagon every week, Removals lorries, fire engines full of water, and indeed anyone else driving heavies for any purpose. Pathetic. The truth was of course that the driver couldnt be bothered to do the 50 yards reverse that you need to get out. If he worked for me he would be down the road. We have taken our business elsewhere to another company who says that the lane is no problem at all

Fantastic customer service. Vickie was super friendly and helpful. She promised me a delivery after lunch time and by 3:30 pm I had 1000 liters of oil. The driver was super friendly and explained about a monitoring device that can be fitted that communicates directly with their system and we agreed on how to gain access as a delivery person. A great ending to a rather tight personal situation of 3 nights without heating. Highly highly recommended. Speak to a person that understands customer experience.

I was running very low on kerosene oil & contacted Lesley at Lynx Oil, Leeming at 4pm Monday...
The delivery arrived at 8:30am Tuesday...

I have already notified several friends in the village’s to change over as some suppliers quote 10 days delivery...
I know this was an exception and don’t usually let tank run so low but Lynx deliver within 5 working days & local to us.

We contacted Lynx as we had unfortunately ran low of oil. In the current climate we had a lot of companies advise they couldn't deliver to us, never replied or were super expensive. We dealt with Helen who was just amazing. It took less than a week too which we were grateful for. We will be staying with Lynx for our future orders.

Great service from Lynx fuels. When I moved into my new house, the oil was a new experience for me so i called Lynx & they advised exactly what I needed and topped up the tank. I then called today as I had misplaced my oil use & have run out unexpectedly. Lynx put a note on my order to make sure it arrives quickly. They are always so helpful when you call.
