Lyburn gold cheese. It is a beautiful cross between a cheddar and a Gouda young matured cheese. I will not be ordering cheese from the Netherlands any more, this is better. Its still a semi hard cheese with the taste of a cheddar, but not the acidity of the cheddar. Delicious.

The best cheese I’ve tried I like all their types but the gold is my favourite different to what you find else where. Lucky for me my local Co-op sells it
