Hi,
I recently wanted to purchase the Luvele Pure Plus Yoghurt Maker and Blender. I am based in Ireland so attempted to purchase through luvele.co.uk.
However, on checkout was advised by the site that I was required to make the order via luvele.eu.
I went to make the purchase but wanted to check first if the cables provided via luvele.EU would cater for Ireland as we are the same as the UK on TYPE G Plug ( 3 flat rectangular pins).
I couldn't find any way to contact them except via email so I emailed them to enquire.
17 hrs later they replied -
"Our EU stock will come with an EU power plug, so you will need to use an adaptor or purchase a British power cord. Our Yogurt Makers has a detachable cord."

So effectively Luvele EU advised that they don't cater for Irish based customers and that we are being made to purchase additional items - either a Type G Plug power cable or an EU-UK plug adaptor.
This would be the case for every electrical item purchased. Very disappointed.

EPIC BLENDER COMBINED WITH EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Tim (in particular) and the team an Luvele are incredibly helpful. They went extremely out of their way to help me out when I'd made a small mistake.

They sent a spare part out to fix a problem and they were very efficient in doing so.

Not to mention the blender itself, it's extremely good and blends stuff to a super smooth consistency. Not actually joking when I say this, but Smoothies have never been the same honestly!! It's worth spending the money with this company, as you get a solid warranty and the blender works exactly as it should.

Very responsive to emails, very professional.

‘I recently purchased a Luvele vacuum sealer. Unfortunately the item that I recieved was faulty. One email to the Customer support department brought an immediate positive response. Tim, sent me a replacement sealer by return of post. The vacuum sealer is excellent in every aspect. I have been using it all afternoon to seal food for my fridge and freezer. In today’s don’t give a damm society, the customer support by Luvele was excellent and their product a joy to use. 5 stars all round!

My first and the best yogurt maker !!!

I love it !!! Just made my first yogurt with Luvele yogurt maker, the money worth it! So happy, so delighted :))) On the way to order more jars, we are yogurt lovers family. Was struggling with the oven, never could get the right temperature, lost so many batches...was so disappointed, at the end thought my starter culture was gone... it’s all about the right temperature and good quality yogurt maker.

I love my Luvele vacuum sealer. I used it this morning and yesterday as well. When I batch cook a meal, I freeze what's left, then vacuum seal it to keep it in tip top condition in my freezer.
This is certainly one gadget that isn't shoved to the back of a cupboard. I use it at least once a week.

I bought a vacuum sealer from Luvele. I have had two vacuum sealers from other manufacturers previously, but neither has been satisfactory. This one from Luverle is very different however! It feels like the quality item it clearly is, and gives the impression that it is pretty unbreakable. Quite unlike the flimsy ones I have had before.
In terms of performance, it does exactly what is described in the literature. It seals perfectly, and the vacuum performance is fast and strong. I have been using it to prepare bags for sous vide cooking, and it simply does the job, quickly and efficiently.
I cannot fault this machine, and I confidently recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a sealer that would not be out of place in a restaurant environment.

I really like my joghurt maker and it is so easy to use :-). So far I used it twice and I am really happy with the results. First I used it for 8 hours and the result was a creamy joghurt which I drained for a couple of hours. Second after I read something at luvele website I used the joghurt maker for 23 hours and the result was a firmer joghurt. Both tasted delicious 🙂 and it is so much better than the ones from the supermarket.
What I really like about the joghurt maker is the glas jar. Unlike many other manufacturers luvele uses a glas jar instead of plasti and therefore you do not have plastic smell or taste

I also like the luvele support. After a couple of days I received a friendly email asking me if everything is fine with the joghurt maker and if I have further questions.

I can really recommend the joghurt maker!
