I would always choose Luscombe drinks out of preference and the taster pack is a great idea for one person and was a reasonable price with the discount with some great flavours. If I am being honest, I was disappointed that there were three different ginger beers which I really don't like. If I had known beforehand, it might have helped as you may have been able to send me an alternative. Overall a great tasting experience.

My family loves Luscombe drinks. We spend a few weeks every summer in Devon visiting family, and its always a treat getting to drink these. My daughter loves Raspberry Crush and Elderflower. The customer service is absolutely brilliant. Such a great company and group of people. Thank you!

Although my order took over 10 days to despatch and it was hard to get hold of someone, I was connected to their marketing manager who was supportive and resolved my issue quickly, so I appreciated her direct approach. The product is good but I understand understaffing and high demand had been the issue with fulfilling orders. Satisfied with the outcome, and enjoying delicious raspberry crush!

What an amazing company! Great service, great staff, and very caring. I am a subscriber but once in a while I like to give something special to my foodbank. After a recent delivery I decided to send a fresh order to be delivered to my local foodbank. Not only did they oblige but they added some extra. I've written this review entirely off my own bat based on my own experience.

Our first mixed pallet of drinks arrived this week.
Nicely packed, super communication, everyone we dealt with was super helpful especially Karen. The flavours are lovely. Highly recommend as they have a good range of flavours and bottle sizes.

Sicilian Orange is so refreshing, you can literally taste the sunshine. Whenever I get it in the large bottle I finish it in one go, as I can't get enough of it. I do not like orange drinks, but this is like eating an orange without the chewing.

Luscombe drinks company had 4 weeks to deliver me 6 large bottles of Elderflower Bubbly and firstly they sent me the wrong product.Offered to send me the "correct" product when it was back in stock and told me they had sent it but it didnt arrive and they then blamed the courier,even though at no stage did i receive a tracking number from the courier.Well maybe its just me Luscombe but if a courier you use cant deliver 6 bottles of Elderflower Bubbly on time,maybe find another courier.Also if someone cannot send 6 large bottles of Elderflower Bubbly the first time around having looked at what the order stated maybe some extra training is needed,this was the first order i had placed with Luscombe drinks and it will be the last as in the end i had to settle for a refund.There are professional companies out there though,ordered two containers of cocktail from the Giraffe company paid for them and within 48 hours my cocktails were delivered to me on the date specified and they were the correct products ordered.From Damon Moffatt.
