I always find what I'm looking for in the store & the staff are always helpful & polite. I was therefore surprised to be waiting to get into the store when a member of staff came out the shop saying "thank God that's over. The general public have a complete pain" or words to that effect. Extremely rude lady. The people waiting in the queue including myself all looked at each other stunned & shocked. Why is she working in a public facing job with that attitude
