What a wonderful place. We went for a walk with the Alpacas and it was fantastic. Jon is welcoming and great at telling you all about Alpacas. Not only was the walking route picturesque but it also gave the alpacas different types of terrain to walk on so helping to enrich their day to day lives (fields to munch a variety of grasses and flowers, hills to climb and woodland to explore) We went at a gentle pace and did not feel rushed. The Alpacas were calm and it was great to be able to give them little treats to nibble on along the way. Jon and his team obviously care a great deal for the animals and it shows. We will definitely be booking a return visit.

I would definitely recommend a walk with alpacas! For me, it was such a peaceful and calming experience. Jon from Lower Bush Alpacas farm was just brilliant. He is very passionate about the farm and adores the alpacas, with a wealth of knowledge of them to share.

I purchased an Alpaca walking experience for my daughter’s birthday, she thoroughly enjoyed it and had a fabulous time. The animals are wonderfully cared for. Everyone was very friendly and Jon was extremely knowledgeable about Alpacas. I would highly recommend this small business to anyone.

My mum booked this experience for us to go on my birthday and it was the best gift. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and gave us a lot of information about the alpacas and how to handle them on our walk. The alpacas are very clean and well taken care of, the owner even gave us information about the grooming of alpacas. The alpacas themselves were so amazing, they are so adorable and good around people. I got to walk Sir Davos and he was shyer than the other alpacas but he was still so sweet, he ate both pellets and a few leaves from my hands despite the fact that he doesn’t do it often. My mum walked Sunset, he’s one of the friendliest alpacas and allowed me to pet him a lot too. We walked for almost two hours with our alpacas and it was the best experience. Would 100% recommend to everyone. The views, the alpacas and the owners will charge you with such positive energy.

We had a wonderful time visiting Father Christmas . We were greeted by the elves who gave us biscuits, mince pies and mulled wine. There was an opportunity to take photos throughout the whole experience we wrote a letter and posted in his sack to pick up later, fed and pet the alpacas and then visited Father Christmas where we had a little chat. All children received a wonderful gift. Photos were taken which you have the opportunity to review and purchase at the end.
To top off our experience we had a problem receiving our photos online, I emailed that night and got a reply almost immediately and all photos were received by the afternoon. What fantastic customer service! ?
Thank you all for a lovely experience! Merry Christmas everyone ?

Beautiful walk with the lovely alpacas! Our guide was really knowledgeable about the alpacas, general facts and also about the alpacas as individuals. I got to take the lovely Sunset on our walk and he was so well behaved and didn't mind a few strokes !

The walk with alpacas was booked for us by our children and we went today. My daughter has been herself with friends and knew we would love it, as she did. And we did!!! It was wonderful. The alpacas are so gentle and timid but totally accepting of you. They are wary of touch, some more than others and you can't give them a huge spontaneous cuddle however much you want to. Despite that they are otherwise, as I said so accepting with alpaca dignity and grace. They recognise their names and are very happy as you chat, guide and interact with them.
Our guides were very friendly, engaging, helpful and interesting and keep you supplied with pellets for the alpacas as well as information.
The entire experience lasted about 2 hours. And 2 hours of your life couldn't be better spent. You leave feeling relaxed, peaceful and chilled.
They do a lot of work with people with learning disabilities and it sounds with very positive results. They are intending to extend this so as to be able to offer daytime respite for carers. I wish them luck.
I will repeat this is a wonderful way to spend 2 hours of your life.

This is a real gem of a find for all who like alpacas. Lovely setting with many alpacas to choose from with each one having the most individual character. We had Merlin for our walk and found him very charming with an alert character who became friends once he got to know you. The walk up to the Upper Bush hamlet and into the woods was wonderful, also never knew this place existed with old grade 11 listed buildings around you. There are many Alpacas to choose from for your walk and you certainly won't be disappointed. Jon the owner has done an excellent job here with his team and the animals are so content and bouncy and always inquisitive. The paddocks were very clean and kept tidy thanks to two Duke Of Edinburgh volunteers. There is also an on-site shop, plenty of sanitizing stations and an on site w.c. finally we adopted an alpaca as we fell in love with this particular one but won't mention his name as we don't want to give favourites as they are all lovely.
