We recently discovered Loving Foods and we love this company and their approach to their products and gut health. Some really interesting reading about gut health on their website. I bought the mixed box a few months ago, and have just opened the 4th jar of the 6-pack. Every jar is a jar of yummy, healthy delight. I am definitely going to be a regular repeat customer of the mixed case. Customer service is fantastic too - very prompt response to 2 messages I've sent.

Only tried the Kimchi but this is NOT kimchi, it is Sauerkraut with Cayenne pepper added to make it super spicy not the normal Kimchi flavour at all. The cabbage is even shredded like Sauerkraut not chopped as Kimchi would be. However the jar does say this is a Western interpretation of Kimchi. I would say a very very loose interpretation at that. Disappointing.

At long long last I have found the unpasteurised sauerkraut that I have been searching for with just the right amount of salt, not too much.Believe me, this is good, very good and besides being such a health-giving product, it is absolutely delicious. The jars are large and there is a long enough use by date, even for people who live on their own. The kombucha, wow, is lovely too
