I got the perfect wedding cake just exactly as I asked for, and the taste was amazing, white chocolate and raspberry layer, chocolate layer and vanilla layer. Best wedding cake! And Aileen was great to deal with nothing a bother. Would definitely use again.

We stumbled across Aileen’s website when our baker we had booked sadly let us down.

It was a last minute request but my goodness did Aileen deliver! What a cake!

We hardly had anything left (just enough for me and my husband to enjoy it the day after)! The most popular item at the buffet by far!

Aileen was perfect in every way. Communication was amazing: even a little email to give us a sneak peak after she had set up on our actual wedding day was such a lovely touch.

The cake was exactly what we had asked for in terms of decoration but so much more when it came to taste. We opted for a lemon top tier and raspberry and white chocolate bottom tier.

We are forever grateful for her coming to our rescue and we wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Absolutely beautiful and delicious wedding cake. Aileen done an amazing job and was great at keeping in touch through the whole process. The white chocolate ganache under the icing was so delicious - a lot of people commented how yummy it was. Would definitely recommend!

Aileen had made our wedding cake with three layers, chocolate, carrot cake and red velvet. I had sent a picture of exactly what I wanted and Aileen couldn’t have produced any better. It was stunning and tasted amazing all our guests commented on how amazing it tasted. The communication was second to none and nothing was a bother, even on the morning of the wedding she sent a message to say it was all set up and ready. Highly recommended for a cake that not only tastes incredible but looks incredible as well.
