Absolutely shocking service. I ordered three Spanish moss air plants (large 50-60cm) based on the photos they provided on their website, what I got was very different, barely 50 cm and thin and straggly. I’ve asked to return them for a refund via email and they have ghosted me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. See from pictures what they advertise and what you actually get

These cuties arrived next day after ordering. They look well looked-after in the nursery and didn't suffer much during the travel. I am so grateful for that. Plants arrived healthy and well packaged. Trouble with my order failing to arrive (mostly through the fault of Royal Mail) was sorted out effectively by Love Tillys with replacement plants being sent out speedily. Lovely customer service which I really appreciated.

Have not been to the nursery, but have bought their plants elsewhere and online. Fantastic range of air plants & accessories.Delivery was always pretty quick and well packaged.
Plants were always good specimens and many of the air plants we got have flowered (have even grown some of the resulting seeds).
Would happily recommend them.

Plants arrived quickly and in good condition. However, when I was concerned about the health of one plant in August and sent a photograph, I received a brief answer confirming that the plant was dead. I asked for advice as to why that might have happened as the other plants were healthy, but nothing was forthcoming. As a beginner, it would have been helpful to have some support so as to prevent my other plants dying. Disappointing customer service.
