We’ve had two lasers in the last year from Lotus and I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The company is extremely well run which reflects in the team and service received. We looked at so many suppliers but Lotus really took the time to get to know us and our needs (rather than just sell!). We’re absolutely delighted with our machinery and have felt extremely well supported by Lotus pre and after sales. For anyone looking at lasers, I highly recommend a chat with John in sales who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We’re so happy that we chose Lotus in the end and look forward to growing our ‘fleet’ of machinery with them.

Whilst looking for a laser cutter for our learning centre, the key things were that the company was local and that they had a proven track record. In the past I have used other well known brands however the after sales support has been frustrating when you needed it the most.
Lotus Systems and their BLU70 became the clear winner for me because A) they were only down the road if I needed support, B) they designed and fabricated their own machines rather than selling on other brands so they know their products, and C) the small features Lotus implemented just made the usability of the machine more enjoyable.
The staff have been brilliant as I have emailed queries and have arranged for call out visits which they seem to address quickly with a friendly and enthusiastic service.
The BLU70 is a serious machines that produces quality results with consistency. It wasn't the cheapest compared to others but I always find you get what you pay for. The lamela bed idea is better than the usual honeycomb bed which is prone to damage. Focusing the laser is simple, and as well as the rear vent the main extraction vent is right underneath the bed which makes complete sense. We upgraded the standard extraction for the BOFA AD1000IQ as health & safety was also a priority in our environment. It takes up more space but the extraction is powerful compared to smaller units and I have not seen any material produce a flame yet. Changing cutting/engraving parameters is simple and there are some other interesting features on the LotusCut software bundled with the machine. I don't find it ideal for drawing on, however transferring work from 2D-Design to LotusCut is straightforward. Have just renewed our warranty (don't skimp on this) going into our 3rd year with the BLU70 and still very happy with my choice.

We had been looking to invest in a laser engraver for our business. And after emailing a lot of companies and getting little information.John from lotus emailed us back, and was very helpful through the process giving us lot of information.
We decided to visit the showroom and test a blu70 out, everyone was helpful and it was lovely being shown where the machines were made.

Delivery was quick and easy thanks to joseph and john. having never used a laser before both men were polite and helpful showing me how the system worked so i could get straight to using it. Since buying our blu70 our business has grown,with thanks to the team at lotus laser.
