One of the best cup cakes i have had . A must place if you are sweet tooth person. I loved their creams . Recommended and will again for sure.

All Lola outlets I have seen are like pop up stores so don't really have an ambience of their own. Shops are decorated nicely and they have a wide range of items on the menu. The cup cakes are really good if you have a sweet tooth. For me personally it had too much frosting and was a bit much. They are best when had fresh. If you take them home and refrigerate they are not the same.

Lola’s specialize in thematic cupcakes, they served us a Cookies and Cream cupcake and a Tiramisu cupcake, both of which were delicious. The Cookies and Cream had a perfect balance of flavors but a bit on the sweeter side, while the Tiramisu captured the essence of a perfectly classic Italian dessert. Don't go to Lola's North Greenwich if it's your birthday. That's the lesson I learned today. The two women on duty at the store were surly and unhelpful. They didn't want to tell us anything about which cupcake was what flavour or indeed do anything to assist. Their default response to most things was a pursing of the lips and an unwilling few words, dragged out as if by forceps. When it came to handing over our box, they said they didn't have a bag – with the result that we had to put the box in the backpack and the cupcakes got squashed (we have a photo). Very unpleasant experience, not because the cakes were bad but because the servers couldn't be bothered to do their job.

We came here to buy some cupcakes for my sister's birthday. An elderly woman working here asked us if we needed help and when we answered that we were having a look and deciding, the lady said in a sarcastic tone that we should take all the time we need and made a very horrible face at my sister. Very rude! Nothing we did warranted this kind of behaviour. We love Lola's Cupcakes from other branches but we definitely won't be buying from here again - it really soured the mood and upset my sister on her birthday. Terrible customer service from this woman and judging from the other comments, this appears to be a recurring theme at this branch. The other two workers there - an Asian man and woman I believe - were very helpful and patient. Someone needs to give this woman an attitude check.

Gruff older lady in charge and very unpleasant manner. Asked a simple question about my points and was scolded at. I will not buy from this branch again even though its my closest branch. The icing was melting. The 2 younger ladies were helpful.
