We were let down by another company and thankfully Steve at Logic Vending saved the day.

He recommended the Jura JX10 bean to cup machine and we couldn’t be happier. Joe the engineer was also really helpful and guided us through how to use and look after the machine.

Purchased two, two group machines, both machines have had faults arise within first four months. Initial fix was prompt and good service, however further repairs under warranty are still ongoing. Monday 24th April 2023, one of the new machines developed a leak from the boiler unit. Contacted Logic, while waiting on repairs a replacement machine has been sent out for next day delivery on Wednesday 26th, however didn't arrive until 2nd May. However the machine which arrived has come with no instructions on setup, tried contacting Logic to help explain the setup to be able to start using the machine, still awaiting this. Very poor service from Logic, we've needed to be closed for hot drinks for the best part of a week and half now with no swift action from Logic. At this point now, I wouldn't recommend using Logic to anyone if this is how the service continues to be.

As a new business it was really important for me to find a company that I could trust and rely on. From the very first conversation I was very comfortable with this company. Donna set me up with a great coffee machine and fantastic samples of coffee. 6 months later and although it is only the helpful, and very knowledgeable, Warren that I speak too I am still more than happy with Logic Vending. There was only one tiny error with a delivery but I called straight away and Warren had it sorted within 24 hours. Very professional service from everyone I have spoken to.

I had my new coffee machine delivered yesterday for my new cafe. Although I was unsure it was what I wanted as it all looks a bit daunting I had Steve to guide me. He went through everything I needed to know. Was on hand when I messed up signing my contract and nothing was too much trouble. Rick the fitter was fantastic in the chaos and the machine looks amazing. The whole process was easy and any concerns I had were gone. I would highly recommend this company and ask for Steve 😊😊

I have had my coffee machine 4 months now and it's fantastic. I order over the phone with Warren. He is very helpful and is happy to give me time when I have questions. The coffee is lovely and I have just won an award for the best cafe in northants. I'm sure the coffee helped this too.

We have recently had our coffee machine installed in our new pub. First of all, fantastic machine which has a lot of drinks pre-programmed and plenty of scope to add our own with our own programmed recipes. We can program drinks to individual people too, such as regulars or staff so it is always exactly to their liking. Secondly, the quality of products is fantastic, we were supplied with the company’s brand coffee beans and chocolate as part of the package and they are high quality and tasty. Finally, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their was to ensure customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Steve (Jnr) who set up the order for us was helpful and was able to guide us towards which product would suit our business best and we’re couldn’t be happier with what we chose. Steve (Snr) installed the machine for us and taught us how to use it and explained all the features to us and we we were given time on installation day to get to grips with our fancy new machine without being rushed. Any issues we have (no fault of logic vending) have been seen to straight away and support and guidance is always readily available. We haven’t a single complaint to make about the service or product received. Highly recommended if you want a good quality, high standard service from friendly and knowledgeable staff / company.

Got one of the latest models recently for our office and the quality has been fantastic. Their latest coffee batches are also really good. In general the whole experience from choosing the right machine, delivery and installation, and after sales service has been very satisfactory. Highly recommended!

We had a 2 group espresso machine installed this week and we are over the moon. The service was efficient from the beginning and the engineer was very helpful and took their time to show us everything we needed to know about the machine. We have a 3 year contract on a machine that stopped working after 13 months. Logic not particularly interested in fixing it, they want £300 to visit us because their UK service base is 4 hours away! No other service outfits want to touch this machine. There are a million coffee machine companies out there - my advice - use one of the others!
05/05 - I am bored now with our coffee saga but i can't let these comments from Logic go without a reply! " it appears to be a user error!" Did we change the coffee beans? -yes, but what's so reckless about that, I'd guess coffee outlets changing coffee beans is not an uncommon phenomenon! Did we change the grind? Yes - because we changed the beans, it's a simple operation - as advised in the manufacturer's manual! Your service team covers "the entire UK with engineers throughout the country" yet on the 27th of April you advised me it was 4 hours to us (Taunton, Somerset) and 4 hours back making 8 hours driving time. On that basis the nearest to Taunton your "UK wide service team" gets is around Newcastle. And I never asked for "free service outside warranty" - I asked for some flexibility, and a reasonable fee because the fault appeared days out of warranty. The machine was fixed yesterday, it was a simple fault that could have arisen in any machine on any day. It was not caused by our reckless change of coffee bean, or our inability to follow the manufacturer's instructions and change the grind. It cost us less than £200 including the call out, and I now have a great new machine supplier and have ordered a great new machine.
