Lockwoods has been in business for decades. It used to be Jim's butchers on keighley road under neath Athol mount houses. My mother was Jim the butcher first employee along with another lady. They only used to make pies for the butcher but they always sold out every single day. And when it came near to Jim retirement a gentleman called to enquire about just buying the bakery. Because he knew just how popular those pies my mother used to make. Bye then I was also working alongside my beloved mother and so was my little brother. But because the bakery shop was wasn't very big and since Mr Lockwoods has taken over he managed to get more business. That's when he surprises us that he'd got us a new premises based in
