Shocking service and attitude.
ChefMatere Stick Blender.
They tell me due to a previous complaint they have credited us for our stick blender and we don’t have one on site, yet am sitting looking at it, so apparently our warrantee is no longer valid?
The original order came faulty so not very impressed, which was replaced, so I guess they have confused that replacement.

Couldn’t be bothered to argue about it so decided to fix it myself, discovered it just required new ‘motor brushes’ which can be replaced without taking the machine apart.

Tried to order new brushes and they tell me they cannot supply them. They will supply a whole new motor £180. Might as well throw it away for the sake of new brushes worth about £5

Chefmaster is Lockharts own brand, if you are a commercial kitchen steer well clear! In our business its not just about cost but reliable service of both machine and supplier.
