The store was busy. The only person working was a seasonal, temporary worker. She was doing her best dealing with everyone, but clearly the management missed it when they only booked one, new worker on Christmas weekend. Some people walked out after waiting a long time to get help. I walked out and came about about 2 hours later. It was busier, but another customer had a similar question, so I listened in.

The worker was doing her best dealing with everyone, but clearly the management missed it when they only scheduled one, new worker on Christmas weekend. Very disappointed in the management of this store based on this experience.

After having selected the product I wanted, could not complete the person because the worker could not get the 20 for 20 (for me and my friend) promotion for me and my friend to work.

This review would be a 1-star, except the worker was trying her best in a very challenging situation.

I went last week and the manager Joanna attended me with such a care and dedication. She made me smell and try some products I didn’t know and explained the ingredients and all. She was very patience with me and attentive. One of the best customer service I’ve ever received! Definitely coming back!! And I’m LOVING the products!!
