Local House Clearance Service - Falkirk

My Mum passed away just before Christmas and as a council tenant we only had a short time to clear her flat. I live over 400 miles from my Mum's and was really struggling to find someone to help us clear her flat. I found the LHS website at 1810hrs their office hours finished at 1800hrs. So I completed the contact form and fired it off expecting nothing. 10 minutes later Alistair called me asking what I needed. He listened to me and was so understanding at this time of grief. He even went up that night to check out mum's flat and phoned at 2000hrs to say he could clear the flat in. The timeline the council had set. Alistair has made what could have been a painful and traumatic experience bearable. He called on both days of the clearance. I could not have asked for better service. The only downside is that I did not get to meet Alistair and shake his hand and thank him for care and making this whole process bearable. It has been a while since I have worked with a company who cares for their customers like they do.

This is the second time we have used Alistair. My father passed away in February and we needed his house cleared. Excellent and very quick service at a very reasonable price, Alistair was very helpful friendly and polite. He emptied my garage which was full and went above and beyond and tidied up bits out of the garden too. I would highly recommend LHCS they were first class all round.

A top class service from Alistair.
I called him on Tuesday evening explaining the situation that I required to be dealt with.
By lunchtime Wednesday, Alistair had called me to advise that all the items had been removed and sent me a photo as evidence.
I cannot fault the service that I received from this company and therefore would highly recommend them.
It was a pleasure dealing with Alistair from start to a very quick finish!

My father recently passed away and I needed his flat emptied, I contacted Alistair via email with my enquiry and he promptly called me the next day to schedule the clearance the following week. On the day of the clearance they arrived on time and started to move items very quickly, I found them to be very respectful, helpful and nothing was a problem which put me at ease on which was a challenging day for me. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and have actually discussed some further work I need done with my own house move. I chose to be in the house while it was being done but I was given the option to just leave instructions of what was to be moved and they would deal with it all for me.

We phoned Local House Clearances on
Hogmanay to have a sofa bed, two large chairs and a cabinet removed. Alistair's response was positive ,pleasant and efficient and within two days he had completed the job. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in need of this kind of help. He is reliable and totally dependable.
