Worst pharmacy experience ever I had. Avoid this one if you don't want to waste your time. Appointment booked online a week ago. Received a reminder email a day before the appointment. Just called the pharmacy to find out if its possible to change the time of the appointment. At this point the receptionist informed the appointment won't take place as the lady who deal with this is away for a week. What a nutters. If I didn't call then I would have gone to the appointment as normal and find out the lady isn't available.

Disgusting attitude! Was told they would order our prescription in for the next day and would be called if there was a problem. Went to fetch it this afternoon and was told it's been lost. No phone call, no apology and the worst customer service I have ever had in a pharmacy. which bare in mind the medication is for a 2 year old, the way they have handled this particular situation is nothing short of embarrassing. STAY AWAY. Formal complaint will be going in.

Very rude shop assistant, they seem incapable of reading a name and prescription off a computer screen. I asked them to recheck it, they couldn't find it and they told me to recontact my doctor's. The doctors said they had sent it the previous day. I told the chemist this, and she checked it again, surprise, surprise! They found it this time! I got no explanation or apology.

When people bring a prescription in they tell them to come back the next day. It only takes five minutes to dispense some tablets, so the inconvenience of coming back the next day seems a bit much.

This chemist used to very efficient, but if you read the recent reviews it has gone right down the nick.

Surely Lloyds management should notice this and take action. Or don't they really care?

Used this pharmacy for my regular prescription and every time I have had to wait over 20 minutes. The reason given is because they are short staffed I will not be using them again

Not a good pharmacy. Always wait ages. Prescription never ready. Wrong medication given. Customer called "Mr. What's his face" within earshot of everyone. Very rude.
