I really love this place Great service everytime very knowledgeable good prices helpful staff that will go the extra mile. I’ve purchased four machines from here now Hondas to be precise and other items thanks to Jack. Impressed by the promptness of the service yet again from Lloyds ltd Bishop Auckland. They took my lawnmower in quickly given very short notice, and the repair completed within a speedy timeframe. I drive an old car, and thought that it needed mineral brake fluid. after finding only synthetic at a number of garages I was directed to an agricultural supplier, Lloyd in West Auckland, so not their usual customer. I commend Lloyd's Richard Black for his outstanding help. he was able to sort me out and send me on my way south with dot 4 synthetic. and he came out to the car in the rain and poured it in the reservoir for me. wonderful service.

Required a repair to a Mountfield battery charged hedge trimmer. Unfortunately it couldn't be repaired due to availability of required replacement parts. Lloyd researched and recommended a suitable replacement, which they ordered and then notified me of its receipt. Good service with knowledgeable and helpful staff.
