I've had so many issues dealing with Live Realty. They have created extra addendums out of thin air. Staff has been mostly helpful and friendly but Trent has been very very rude over the phone. No respect for renters. After Saint George has a massive rain storm, and a lot of flooding, we called in and put in a maintenance request to get the water damage handled. Not only did we never hear back, but we also had zero help.

I ABOUSLTY LOVE ST. GEORGE REALTY. when I was renting from them. I was struggling being a single mom. They were so caring and patient with me. I loved working with Trent, Chris, Shelise, and Keith.

There was some confusion about a rental I applied for, and granted I wish they had put it on the website differently to avoid this in the first place, but after the fact they were very responsive and helpful in getting a refund for an application that I shouldn't have done. I really do appreciate the customer support and the punctuality they displayed in this situation, and I would be inclined to check out more of their properties just based on the responsiveness and willingness to help. They do not remotely care about their renters. They are out to make the owners money and will take their side no matter what. We were supposed to move in the third week of July, but they said that wasn’t fair to the owner so our rental started the 1st of July. We go over there to move in and there are zero window coverings. I asked them if we were supposed to provide blinds and they assured us that the owner was taking care of it. When did we finally get blinds? The third week! Yet, we had to pay to live there when it’s solid windows and no privacy. We go to install our washer and dryer as they aren’t provided and luckily we know a plumber because nothing was set up properly. The town house itself is so poorly built it just blows my mind. If you have any water source on and try to start another one..it trickles. So if you are running the dish washer or clothes washer you can’t do anything else.
Landscaping wasn’t completed until December..we were told it would be done in July. We have 4 kids so that was a joke. It started getting cold out and we turned the furnace on only to find out that ….it wasn’t even installed! How did they get occupancy? So we have the pleasure of freezing for a couple days with 3 small children.
They are supposed to supply air filters in the agreement and guess what? We are going into month 10 and they just came over to check it and put new in. We have a monthly charge in our agreement for it and they don’t even do it. Complete joke. Just know that when you complain they give zero f’s because you aren’t the owner. I would never ever tell someone to rent from them! AVOID! When I brought any complaints to Trent he said “Don’t kill the messenger! I’m just the middle man!” No, you are the rental manager.

Live St George Realty handles two of my rentals and I could not ask for a better property management company! They take care of both us as the owners and they take care of my renters. When my renters have needed things live St George Realty is on it quick. And they communicate with us as the owners. Would highly recommend them to both investors and to renters themselves.

Such a differences of opinions. I guess you either love this company or don't. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They have managed my property for years now and it is always rented and they take good care of it. I was using another property management company, (slum lords) when I first bought the condo in St. George. So glad I found Trent.

This is one of the best property management companies in town. Trent is not only an amazing guy to work with but he’s always got your back as a friend and as a good property manager that always has an eye To protect you and your property. I recommend this company to anyone in need of rental services and people who want to invest into their property!
