Extremely unprofessional, I was on a wait list for way over a year. Louise didn’t contact me when she said she would and I had to wait almost another year to enroll my children which I was willing to wait, I met Louise had a look around and was told they would start this September to be fully ignored, every email & voicemail was ignored. staff clearly struggle with communication and just been left last minute with no nursery for my children to start so having to wait even longer now as I have had to enrol my children elsewhere at last minutes notice. I spoke to a member of staff two weeks ago after calling on witheld and them answering my calls to say Louise would of been in touch but again I’ve heard nothing from her. I’ve had no apology, nothing. Absolutely disgusting.
