I tried this in Australia and wish they would make tubs of the mango and passionfruit icecream filling as the mochi dough is not to my taste and I would definitely buy the filling as it's so good.

I have been waiting for pistachio ice cream for ages and couldn't wait to try these. First impression was Small! but quality counts, boy am I disappointed, ice cream is lovely But the raw sour dough is awful, too small to eat with cutlery and makes your fingers sticky. expensive for the amount you get and I can't tell what to serve with all in very disappointed just glad I bought 1 box.
There's a farm shop too far from me to get ice cream and home in time but it's in a tub with alcohol for similar money.
Needs a rethink to what can be a popular product.

I have eaten before mocha ice cream and it was perfect and delicious but I was very disappointed with little moons mochi ice cream I had high expectations that the quality would be good but the coding in the soft rice dough was not of quality the ice cream tasted all right but I very disappointed as I was expecting to be a little bit more high quality to try this new brand.

Raw dough filled with a little bit of ice-cream! Yuk! I just threw it out. Couldn't even eat just the ice-cream. Not worth it. Is it supposed to be cooked? Like baked Alaska? No instructions to tell you what it is or how to eat it. Never again.

Fantastic site with all new equipment and nice staff. The owners have already succeeded in creating a well-connected environment to the top level. As an engineer who had a visit, I can vouch that the PPMs are done properly at this site with the equipment being cleaned on a consistent basis, every day, unlike other food sites that do 1-3 days a week. There is a lot of space in between the lines for future opportunities to increase its capabilities. I think an operator or two, complaining on here, has not seen the other places around the country. This is at the highest level of quality for sure.

the best icecream in the uk i work next door of this company as a stock controller i know to much about food until now your products and flavour kept me away from our sandwiches simply the best i keep buying it
