What a special place! Liz welcomed my friend and I so kindly and our children had the loveliest morning. The campfire cafe is magical and there is so much to discover - 90 minutes is not enough! We will definitely be back 🙂

The best forest school I’ve visited in 5 years of parenting. A huge site with an amazing mud kitchen and loads of activities. A great morning spent exploring with little one leading the way. Catered for dairy free too with a fab range of snacks to toast on the fire. Highly recommend!

WOW WOW WOW! We had a great time exploring LFA today. Brilliant & welcoming Liz gave us a run down of the areas on arrival- swings, slides, ballrun, shop/home, mud kitchen with water avalible, digging area, sandpit, kids archery, hammocks, arts & crafts tent, painting area, mini beast equipment, puppet theater, balancing area, slackline, vehicals, dens, roleplay campfire AND a real campfire!
Choice of snack to toast over campfire & hot drink avalible.
Camping toilet avalible so great for those toilet training & beyond! - Nappy changing mat & hand washing area - pretty amazing with no running water to site!! 10/10 will be reccomending.

Both my children have attended since the site opened. It’s such a magical place where kids can really be kids! they get to build camps, play in the mud kitchen and cook food on the fire!! They always have such an amazing time! Liz is wonderful with the kids. The range of drinks and snacks on offer are lovely. I love the adult sessions they run, painting in the forest or wreath making. It really is a place for everyone. Liz has even written a book which I’ve purchased for family members, it’s a wonderful memory of the woods. Although my two are now at school they still enjoy the school holiday sessions. you definitely won’t visit just the once!

Fantastic place for all! Liz provides a wide variety of activities for the children and it has such a warm welcome feel amongst the place. Love the camp fire and snack choices.
My children have always enjoyed their experiences there and I'm sure will continue to do so.

I have been fortunate to see this Forest School grow and improve. Liz and her team are so friendly and welcoming, no matter what the weather the kids and adults are always welcomed with a smile and a new activity to enjoy (and hot drink and treat!). Both my children are happy to catch and remove the spiders from my house thanks to Liz and this amazing forest school.
