Recently did a trial day with them, yes it was different in more ways than one, working as part of a team was very new to me,
Not knowing what you should be doing is the hardest part but I think I picked the work up very well,
A most friendly team of men and women,
They made me feel very welcome,
I feel I kept up with them all in the different departments I worked in,

A day or so later I had a notification from Little & Cull , I think I was surprised I wasn't taken on with them, I feel sure the one remark that was made , they felt I wouldn't pick up the work quick enough,
This comment after only a few hours was difficult to take , how can you make comments like that about someone on a trial day of a few hours, I feel a lack of thought was missing regarding the few hours I attended on that day,

I do feel Little & Cull missed the chance not taking me on, however it was your loss not mine,

Love the place lovely people helpful knowledgeable and a great company to be part of and they do things to a very high standard and everything the make is cooked perfectly so yeah no issues with them they are truly amazing
