Whilst their printers may be okay. The customer service is shocking. They don’t answer on the technical support line. They hold you to ransom on the use by dates of ink and solvent even if the printer is out of warranty and block you from using it with their software blocking you. They make you pay for their service or module every year costing hundreds of pounds or again they use the software to block use. If there’s an issue they are unhelpful and they charge a fortune for delivery of solvents and inks in minimum quantities that are too large. Avoid. I would never buy another machine from them. A disgrace.

This company have been nothing but trouble to deal with. Placed an order 5 weeks ago, finally get confirmation, pay for the order and now still no delivery. After many phone calls they finally say they have despatched the goods, we haven't received the goods and they cannot provide tracking information. Gemma and Lucy never return the calls and quite frankly extremely rude. And when I said I would phone them back in ten minutes, they don't answer the phone, call back from a different number and then put the phone down on you. Completely unprofessional.
