I met one of your managers on his merry way to Cup-ar () to one of his much important job callouts and I feel the need to tell you that he is a very strong representative of your company.

He was kind and helped ease the anxiety of both my friend and I on the plane - it was my first time flying abroad.

He was polite, intelligent, observant and very much outgoing with his work - chrome and zinc and machines that cut vegetables and peel avocados; production site management and preventative maintenance to keep production quotas achievable with sensitive machine inventory.

The best thing is that it wasn't just the small talk we had about a relative field of industry I enjoyed learning at college.

The help we received from your manager was simply crossword puzzles on my phone: he happened to save us 40 excruciating minutes of being stuck senseless.

Without his acquaintance on the plane, our flight from stanstead (+berlin) would have been an awfully dreadfully dull memory for my first time flying abroad.

The man I spoke to was awful. Refused to assist with my query and when I asked to speak to somebody higher, he explained “they wouldn’t want to speak with you”
