WARNING TO ALL DRIVERS! 2 hour wait passed booking time to get in a position to load. Then the FLT drivers sod off somewhere for a break I suppose. At the time of writing this, 3 hours past booking in time, loading has finally started. How this company is still in business is a mystery. I'd give it zero stars but no option. Don't bother taking a bacl load from here it won't be worth it.

Reached out for guidance ahead of ordering. I gave specific detailed description of what I was looking to package. I was subsequently advised by the (your) company that i should purchase a specific box. Quantity: 50, Price for the batch: £100. The boxes arrived, and the product does not fit. I have sent several emails attempting to give (you) the company the opportunity to rectify this. They/you have been so unhelpful, and refuse to assist rectifying their/your blatant lazy misguidance. This (your) company has essentially guided me in how to effectively rob my company of over £100. As a consumer, I have never experienced such a lack of empathy or compassion from a company that i chose to pro-actively get in touch with before placing an order ... and a company that, to-boot, MY company has an existing relationship with. Truly a disheartening experience.

Lil envelops are great for sending artwork safely and environmentally they make sense as can be recycled.
After an initial misunderstanding about sizing (make sure you double check all measurements as their A sizes don't correspond to paper sizing) I am happy with this company. They took onboard customer feedback and my over all experience ended on a positive note.
Their postage is also very efficient, reliable and quick.

Great customer service, orders always processed swiftly. I've been using Lil LP mailers for over a year now to send collectable vinyl worldwide, and have yet to receive any reports of damage - you're welcome to check out the 100% rating and positive customer feedback on my Discogs store. I could buy cheaper, but I don't want to risk my reputation when sending discs at £100+. These are good sturdy mailers offering excellent value for money, with a positive adhesive closure and plenty of room for extra packing if necessary. I've recommended them to friends who also now use them. I just wish the vinyl I'm buying would always arrive in Lil!

I have tried to contact Lil Packaging for advice on packaging but sadly the service was quite disappointing. They were unable to offer guidance for my requirements. They don’t offer samples (whether chargeable or free) and if I decide to return the product, I have to pay for the delivery for the return (which is ok, if everything is done to prevent returns in the first place). I’m not sure if my experience is due to the current pandemic. I was really hoping to work with them but this doesn’t appear to be achievable.
