We love Lewis's Butchers/Deli... the new style shop looks stunning... butchery department offers a huge range of meats and lots more... on the deli counter we are spoilt for choice!! The ribs & cooked chicken portions all delicious along with pies, filled baps/sandwiches/toasties/cakes/a large selection of cooked meats/coleslaw/cheeses... Lewis's is well worth a visit...

We ordered the £145 meat hamper for Christmas. This was the first time we have used this butchers and our experience was fantastic. Delivery information from Karen was very precise and very professional and impressive. The quality of the products in the hamper were fantastic and probably the best boned turkey we've ever had. Definitely our butchers of choice! Fantastic selection of items and without fail the best Turkey Crowns every Christmas.
Staff are super friendly and helpful and the quality of meat is outstanding.
Lovely deli counter and fresh pies etc also available every day.

Disgusting behaviour from staff. Wife felt terrible when trying to book a turkey for Xmas. Obviously think they are something special. Bullying from staff when trying to sort a problem. Butcher (ponytails black hair) needs to go on a customer service course along with rest of staff. Bullied by staff not used to being cristicised and do not listen to your problem.

Great sausages and black pudding. Discovered this place from Slimming World and had to try it, they had a small section of low fat and slimming world options and all were lovely. Haven't had the chance to try their hot ready made food like the sausage rolls and pasties they had but have been a few times and definitely plan to come again.

I really like going to Lewis's. It's a staple of the Greasby community, staff are nice and food is good. Just a bit of feedback though which I hope will help. Is it possible you could make more Scouse? So many times I've arrived just after midday and either just got the last of if or, more often, it's sold out. It's obviously a hit and if people are happy to pay a fiver a bowl for it (not complaining about price by the way, you get what you pay for) then your could sell more surely. I'd understand if I was rocking up at 1.30-2pm at the end of the lunch rush, but being consistently sold out so early is a bit frustrating because I can't really get there any sooner.
