Not a good place for 45ft articulated vehicles in my 30 years of driving artics this has to be one of the most challenging. To put a tiny warehouse in the middle of a residential street on quite a busy road with a very narrow road you have to turn into with cars everywhere then reverse across into their yard.
The people that live here aren’t very happy about it either. Basically it’s rubbish for truck drivers. The warehouse staff are ok though.

Bit tight to get into if vehicles parked near it but once inside cannot fault the staff they got me loaded quicker than they said it would be and it was a handball job top
