AVOID. 4 small fence brackets. Weight 2.68kg. Requested measurements. NO REPLY. Purchased anyway. "Standard Postage £10". Actually £12 with vat. Website says excess postage will be refunded. Normal postage around £7. Requested refund. REFUSED. Quoted website. They then invented a totally ficticious "picking/handling "charge mentioned nowhere else and offered a £1 refund! Can't recommend. AVOID.

Bought wooden triangle profiles for a greenhouse. There was a small problem with their stock, so they called and offered a very suitable replacement.
Throughout, they were competent, courteous and did what was asked. Kept me informed of when they would arrive. Prompt, no fuzz wisiwig service. MANY thanks.

Just to give a big 5⭐ review to Lanlee for our new garden shed which was assembled today. Everything explained in the works a couple of weeks ago when ordering but all turned out well. The fitters were both polite and friendly and cleaned up. Would definitely recommend Lanlee.

What a place !!!
Went to another local timber supplier and they didn't have what I needed and they told me about Lanlee, went in and immediately was acknowledged/greeted by, who I now know was Damian, told him what I required ( wasn't a "normal" purchase ) and he took me around the store until I found something suitable.
Incredible store with an impeccable server, knowable, informative and extremely polite, will definitely be going again despite having something closer to home.
