Lorraine is unbelievably helpful when it comes to all the questions i have. Her customer service skills are outstanding and she never fails to make me feel comfortable in my first home. During our house viewing, I had mentioned to her that this would be me and my partners first ever home together and that we were extremely nervous. I think LL&S are an excellent agency. They manage several properties on my behalf. The communications are always spot on, Lorraine & Klaudia are a joy to work with, always get the message across with a dash of humour !!! I think they are very careful on tenant selection, no quick fixes. Great problem resolution, I have total faith in them & I've been given plenty of good advice, they know what they are doing ! They also have access to a range of good and reliable tradespeople who don't overcharge. 5 stars from me !

An excellent experience dealing with Lanarkshire Letting and Sales throughout the whole journey of viewing properties, finding the right one and the move in process. It was all made so easy and straightforward with so much help from Lorraine in finding the right place. She was excellent in knowing what I was looking for and needed.
Absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services and would be more than happy to use them in the future.

Very poor at dealing with problem tenants despite also managing their tenancy. Happy to rent you an uncleaned home but when you leave treat the property -they act as if you moved into a show home and when it comes to getting your deposit back beware!
Falsify damage which was already present when I moved in. I left the property having improved it with new carpets ( previous ones very dirty and strong smell of dogs) curtains, fitted blinds, had the outside railings put back on the wall from a safety point of view ( were lying at the side of the house when I moved in) as well as other things.
Ended up being forced to move because of a really difficult neighbour who assaulted landlord yet trying to get my deposit back!
All I can say is beware and video the property when you move in if you are desperate enough to rent from Lanarkshire property

This is my husbands and myselfs first time renting and I can say the team at Lanarkshire letting was amazing in sorting everything out for us, they even sold our house for us. We have had a couple of wee niggles with the house but it had always been sorted out promptly between them and the landlord who is also very good. I would also like to say that Lorraine has been amazing throughout and give her a gold star for customer service and customer relationships
