On 7/July/2024 around 3pm an unkind employee there gave us only one Macaron when we ordered two. We couldn’t go back to complain since we opened it in the car.
I don’t think anyone makes mistake when order is only two. Be careful and count them when you get them. To be clear, we were only customer there at that moment.

I pre ordered a tart several days in advance and when I got there it wasn’t ready and I was told they would start making it now, what’s the point in pre ordering if they only start making it when you turn up, we had to wait for almost 30 mins

Indulging in Ladurée's assorted macarons was a delightful experience. The diverse flavors, including chocolate, coffee, pistachio, mango, almond, and a special gold one, showcased a symphony of tastes.
However, it was pricey, compared to others bakeries. There was a small cart/hut dedicated to Ladurée's.

Really pretty and petite bakery. Visually appetising and serves delightful macaroons. In the photo are the Salted Caramel and Pistachio macaroons.

Coffee is horrible. Please don’t get your coffee here.

Also, if you’re ordering French toast then expect to wait 30 minutes for it to arrive.

I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the quality of the service here.

Very disappointing watery hot chocolate for £4.50. Not the same quality as at other Ladurée locations. A poor imitation like many things at Bicester Village. Don’t buy.
