Had a great time at the Galentines sip and paint event! The atmosphere was very relaxing and exactly what I needed! The hosts were so lovely and attentive. Not to mention the mocktails and food! Went here for their Galentines sip and paint event and I was so impressed!! Start to finish it was organised so well. On arrival, we had delicious mocktails and, as a regular, I already knew the standard of their cakes and sweet treats would be top tier. The choc covered strawberries were the best I have ever had, would come back every day just for those! The painting was relaxing and everything was supplied to create a good sized painting. The vibe was great and the hosts were so personable and welcoming. They even had goodie bags at the end with personalised cookies! Love supporting small family businesses, don’t normally review but had to give these guys credit! Hats off to you guys x

I love independent retailers, especially so with patisseries and coffee shops and this place comes to highlight why that is. An absolute hidden gem of a place just a minutes walk from West ferry DLR station which makes up a dazzling array of spark with it's home cooked bakery and hot and cold refreshments. All whilst being hidden amongst the small parade of shops each selling a different selection of goods. The mocha I ordered was very full bodied and had the perfect balance of chocolate and coffee (something many of the bigger chains struggle to get right) and the fact that they are giving back to the actual community (by employment of locals as well as other factors such as selling goods for charities) in helping individual entrepreneurs holds a feel good factor like no other. Local businesses helping local families and the sincerity and genuineness in being served with a smile not because it is something that's taught on a employee manual but because the people serving you are genuinely happy to serve you takes you back to when milk used to be delivered in glass bottles to your front door and self service checkouts didn't exist lol. The cafe is very clean, airy, feels so fresh and modern and they are an absolute community feel cafe who gives back to the community in any little way that they can. For one can repay the price of gold, but they are forever indebted to those who are kind! - Go La'Chi, may yourselves prosper in both business and life as a whole and deliver magic with your awesome selection of cakes, bakes, smiles and drinks galore! 🙂

Attentive staff and lovely cupcakes.

Ordered some customised cupcakes for Valentine's day and they were very helpful since the first day, making sure the product was what we asked for.

Collected the box of cupcakes in their local, where nor my partner and I have been before, and will definitely come back to have some sweet breakfast.

I am EXTREMELY happy with the service!
I’ve been coming here since they first opened and not once have I walked out unhappy. My daughter is absolutely obsessed with their cakes and refuses to try anywhere else.

When I found out they host party events, both my daughter and I were beyond excited - we talked about it for almost a year! We knew this was the place for her special day.
I was blown away by how they went above and beyond to bring my daughter’s Hello Kitty theme to life. After many years of planning parties, this has to be one of the best ones ever! I’m still amazed at everything they did for us, all at such a great price.

We had 20 kids and each one was taken care of, having an absolute blast decorating cupcakes and cookies while the adults enjoyed the delicious nibbles.
Honestly, I can’t thank them enough! If you’re looking to book a stress-free, fun-filled birthday party for your child or for yourself, this is the place! All I had to do was wake up, get ready, and show up - everything else was handled perfectly.

My baby shower cake from La'Chi looked and tasted amazing. Everyone had nothing but complements. This is a lovely cafe with great food and service.
