We used Lacey Heating to fit our Air Heat Source Pump at The Sele Farm Community Centre. Tony and his team were professional and did the job efficiently and left everything looking very tidy. I would highly recommend Lacey Heating. Whenever we have an issue with plumbing Lacey Heating manage to get somebody to us very quickly and get the job done. Their service is very professional.

Used these guys a couple of times now and had very good service. Lucy in the office was very helpful in quickly tracking down a radiator we needed at short notice. Plumbers Matt and Jack then came over to fit it among other jobs - they were extremely thorough and went around the whole house afterwards bleeding all the other radiators, checking the boiler etc which was not part of the job.

Definitely recommend and will use again in the future 👍

Form start to finish Lacey heating we’re excellent. I can’t recommend them enough. We had an old heating system removed and a brand new oil combination boiler fitted. The engineers were very clean and tidy and so polite. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you for making us warm and toasty which we never had before with the old system. 5 stars all the way.

The team did an amazing job on refurbing our main bathroom (back in sep 2023). There was only one day in the whole month where someone wasn’t here all day working on it, which is amazing! The team were always letting us know when to expect them, and were incredibly polite and respectful of our home. Can’t recommend enough.

We recently used Lacey Heating for a boiler service and to replace a cold water tank ball valve and overflow pipe that had been incorrectly fitted by a previous gas engineer, causing a leak. We are 1st time customers and were very happy with the friendly and professional service provided - commumication with the office was very easy, engineer arrived on time and we were given a price in advance so knew where we stood. We will certainly use Lacey Heating again.
