A must visit if you want quality, service and a fair price! I have recently moved into the area this butchers is the best! Quality meats throughout! I highly recommend the Welsh Dragon Sausages.

Compared to the supermarkets it is well worth visiting this butchers than buying the water filled rubbish from the chains.

The owners and staff provide great customer service and are very knowledgeable on where the meat comes from and how to cook it etc.

I visit here every week and every week the service and quality of food is excellent! Tried most things and everything has been delicious, especially the fillet steak. Super friendly staff. I would highly recommend if you haven’t already been. 5 stars for both food and service!

The sausages at La Charcuterie are so good, we just diverted off the motorway to stock up the fridge and freezer. We live on the other side of town where no local sausage compares to the ones found. The thick pork sausages are second to none and absolutely surpass anything that can be bought in a supermarket.

Called in for some beef brisket and whilst there I decided to try the home made sausage I opted for the pork and cracked pepper and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.As I like a bit of spice I was advised to try the dragon sausage .Well cooked them up this morning think I just found my new fav sausage they were gorgeous. Will have to go back again now I can see a few pounds being put on..great selection in shop and as I said the staff were brilliant

Absolutely the best butchers around and that's from my teenage children and our dog. We actually cannot walk past without being pulled in . All the staff and so lovely to us and are so caring and attentive . Being married to a veggie I used to stear clear of meat dishes but since finding that they do meats already marinated in different sauces that my kids love has kept me going back weekly.

We are so lucky to have this gem of a place on our doorsteps . I just wish I'd gone in earlier because my meal planning is so much easier now.

I’m in my 70s, moved to Heaton Moor a couple of years ago from Staffordshire and must say this is the best butchers I have ever used.
The products purchased have always been excellent of quality and the service professional and friendly.

Fabulous place! Tried almost everything and it's all superb 👌. The bacon & sausages cannot be beaten. My favourite is the coffee and black pepper chicken! Always service with a smile, a chat.... with great advice and suggestions! You'll never be disappointed!
