We did a renovation on 2 bathrooms and the kitchen on condo apartment we recently bought in Miami Beach. We did not have any references for a contractor. We asked Floor & Decor if they knew of anyone and they recommended L&N Builders. We met with Leo Reyes who gave a very professional proposal and we hired them. We feel really lucky. Their prices were fair, did the work on time and really nicely, their admin procedure was easy and their workers were all great. I have worked with other contractors in the past who I would rate a B. I would give L&N an A+.

They did the flooring in one day just like they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. The next day they painted our bedroom and they were very clean and efficient. I would use them again with no hesitation.

Aaron was an absolute profesional. From the minute I contacted L& N , they were responsive. The estimate process was very simple. The two gentlemen that came and did the job were great. Professional , neat and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the work. Great job to Aaron and his team !

L & N Builders Group installed my Cali Bamboo flooring. They did not take the proper steps to lever the subfloor and the floor is splintering in multiple spots. The floor is about 2-years old now and there at least 3-4 major damages occurring throughout the house. This is causing injury to myself and my two young kids. Cali hired an investigator, he published a report and found L & N to be responsible. When contacted, L & N sent a project manager to help, he assured me he would fix the issue, then he was fired. I called the owner and denied being responsible for this issue, despite the report. DO NOT have them installed flooring. I question what they do on other projects.
