After much research we had a new kitchen designed by Magnet and KWP were the installers. We had never had such a big project and this involved walls coming down, electrical wiring and lots of plumbing, how would we manage this!!

Thankfully, Tom, Mario and the guys at KWP were amazing! They communicate extremely clearly so you always know what's going on. All the staff are friendly and work to a very high standard. I was amazed at how quickly everything came together and how well organised they all were - and all this despite going into the second national pandemic lockdown!

We’re incredibly pleased with the final result, the guys were ready and willing to keep coming back to make sure everything was absolutely perfect - and it is!

We are so pleased we had KWP handling our kitchen project and would recommend them to everyone!

Avoid KWP, avoid Tom, I used them through Magnet Kitchen. They are unprofessional to arrange the builder, we need to contact the builder directly to arrange the time. They broken my window and scratched my floor but they won’t take any responsibility and said they never did that as we don’t have the cameras as a record. And reject all the things in after sale service like check the pumping because they install the wrong hot/cold feed for my Quooker’s. Email black and white for few month and ask Magnet Kitchen involved finally get some refund back, but they still ensure that’s not their false, the money back just the well gesture. Tom push all the thing to his assistant and don’t talk to us after they take the money. This is the nightmare family business. Don’t let them come to your home, you will regret you choose them as the contractor.

If you ever heard or seen the sign KWP then go for them! We initially just wanted the kitchen furniture from Magnet fitted but, until then Mario on behalf of Magnet and KWP came to oversee the possible furniture layout and also explained what KWP builders could do. We never heard of them, hired them to transform the kitchen / diner with the introduction of 5 door bifold. During work in progress we had an excellent rapport with their builders, plumber, electrician, decorator and the managements - Kevin, Tom and Mario and it concluded with excellent satisfactory. The kitchen looks perfect and made my wife so happy! Furthermore KWP must not be ignored! Good luck.

I thoroughly recommend Tom and his family company of builders. Tom is that rare find in this industry, a business owner/manager who truly cares deeply about his customers and makes sure they are attended to. He employs good quality workmen who all do a very good job and if things dont quite go right (and what building project ever runs 100% smoothly) then Tom ensures that any concerns are dealt with and sorted out without the slightest fuss and bother. All his team are friendly and highly approachable and Tom himself is just a really genuine chap. We have had them fit a full kitchen, liaising with one of the big kitchen product companies to source the units etc and also install a new bathroom from scratch. We will be using them for a third project next year.

They are very respectful on the property, every week the construction site is tidy, the work is fantastic and thorough, they are on schedule and great value for money. Tom and the team fitted our kitchen perfectly with great communication, efficiency and skill. When our supplier (another company) unfortunately began to mess us around a bit, Tom was on it and went out of his way to ensure that he was bearing the brunt of it - communicating with the supplier, keeping us updated, and helping us out where he could.
Now that everything is all in and sorted, and throughout the process, we have been very pleased that we had such a great team working with us!

Tom and his team installed a kitchen/floor/underfloor heating for us. They were superb, from start to finish the tidiness, attention to detail and communication was superb. They were onsite for 4-6 weeks and it was never a chore to have them around. Even when bringing in other contractors (eg electrics) the quality of the team and work was maintained at a very high standard.
