Car failed MOT and was able to get new tyres fitted in about 30 minutes. Probably would have been quicker if we didn't have the locking wheel nuts hidden away.

Staff were nice and really good at what they do. Couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Today I had my car booked in for a service. It was so quick and easy to book online. My car was serviced and they identified a few issues which Brandon got sorted for me on the same day. Today I rang to double check the time of the booked MOT for today, only to find there is no booking. I had gone in a few weeks ago to make the booking in person, and saw the booking being made on their screen. I got told there are only Internet bookings on for today. I cannot comprehend this and it leaves me high and dry as I need MOT sorted within a few days.

Fabulous service! Brandon was great. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and really friendly. I had a flat tyre replaced immediately very little wait and i was informed throughout. The cost was competitive too. I would highly recommend this branch of Kwik Fit. I have used them before for a failed front light and was seen to immediately and received the same great service. Tyre punctured with a bolt in the road on my motability vehicle. Conrad was excellent and reassuring on the phone and when I arrived. Within 15-20 minutes it was fixed,great friendly professional communication from Neo with regards to tyre replacement and balancing . Fab job thanks Gents.

Fabulous last minute service! I had a puncture on the way home from work, pulled in to the garage just before closing and they sorted a tyre & fitted it within less that 15 mins- even managed to make me laugh while I was paying the bill! Really friendly guys, great service!

A great experience at Kwik Fit Stourbridge. 4 Tyres, brakes and discs were needed on my Jaguar. Brandon dealt with me throughout the process, over a few days including quotes and leading up to the booking and work. He explained everything and kept me informed. I felt confident and reassured. The work was done in good time, to a high standard and with great customer care. I was kept informed throughout and felt confident and reassured. Also, £700 less than main dealer had quoted. Very happy indeed.

I booked and paid online for an AC check and gas refill at Kwik Fit Brierley Hill for 25th June at 10:30 AM, planning to drop the car off during my work break. Later, customer service called and moved it to 11 AM. When I arrived, they said there was no booking and suggested it might be at Stourbridge. I rushed there, only to be told the same thing—no booking. Eventually, I found out it was mistakenly scheduled for Sunday (29th), which was frustrating and stressful. I had to take extra time off work and run around just to figure it out.

I could have gone with a different brand for a better price, but I chose Kwik Fit for the convenience and reputation. Unfortunately, the disorganised booking experience let me down. Thankfully, the staff at Stourbridge were helpful and managed to fit me in and complete the job. While the service itself was good, the booking process needs serious improvement.
