As an extreme bacon snob, I will not accept bacon from anywhere else. Not only is it better than the awful watery rubbish you get from supermarkets, it is superior to every other butchers' offerings within a 30 mile radius. Trust me, I *have* done the research. Recently I've started branching out into their other delights: the sausages are excellent, and the Bournish pasty is wonderful, particularly if you've timed your visit to coincide with a fresh batch coming out of the oven. I usually pick up a peculiar cheese of some sort from their extensive collection, too.

My husband and I went to knibbs for the 1st time a few days ago. John and Wayne were extremely friendly and helpful, we got some brisket and a shoulder of lamb, oh wow they were both delicious, 1st class👍 so glad we found knibbs, very good service and quality food.
