Bought a Mokka X from them and really happy. Although I hadn't seen the car advertised, I turned up looking at a few on the forecourt. Having realised what I was after, Darren mentioned the Mokka might suit me and he was completely correct. With no hard sell, I felt completely at ease handing my money over. It did however have a sticky caliper and was occasionally making a rubbing sound. They told me they'd fix it and they did. Would recommend highly.

Very helpful, had just the car I was looking for. Took for a test drive, let me look at all I had my eye on. Drove round a couple more car dealers. But always trust your gut instinct, went back to Kirkby and saw an even better vehicle, which I eventually bought. Have recommended this place already to a couple of friends. Would definitely go back.

Bought a car from here in April, had some issues with the radio which were resolved and I was happy with. But to find out 5 weeks after purchasing the car that no one has sent off for my new log book I was rather disappointed. They also told me that the MOT advisory was fixed when it had not been having to return my car to my local garage to be fixed. I would have left a 5 star but it’s cost me money and time to sort it all out. Advice is to buy at own risk and check the car over with someone who knows about cars.

We purchased a Mini Cooper S coupe from Kirby. The car is great the service we received was great. We had looked a quite a few and this one was the best. Darren is a truly nice bloke and we would highly recommend Darren and his team at Kirby. Kirby went out of their way to get us the vehicle tested, MOTd and a 6 month warranty within 48 hrs to meet our needs. Awesome service. 👍

Went to look at a couple of cars at this garage today, what a great experience from the initial phone call with Darren, he then showed me both cars and let me test drive both, I couldn’t decide which car I wanted, he made me a coffee and we had a good chat at the end I said well I’d better make a decision on the car, he said no go home and have a think about it. What 2 great guys work there no pressure and super friendly, I haven’t decided which car I’m having But I do know I will be going back to a decent trustworthy garage No pressure no hard selling.Great place.
