💀Land of the dead 💀
We visited land of the dead today. The aestethics are well executed. It looks amazing and there are multiple photo opportunities.
For full disclosure, we purchased our tickets through groupon at a highly discounted rate, which felt like great value for money. I would not have been pleased with paying the prices on the website. Our tickets included unlimited rides on the fairground, which in all was only 8 rides. With the space they had, there could have been a lot more rides. The fun house was filthy inside and had multiple parts missing. The haunted house was good, and the dodgems are always a hit.
The arts and craft tent is good fun albeit at firther cost. My children loved the sand art and getting their faces painted.
The food was a highlight for me, plenty of options, and I loved the under cover area. The theme ran throughout the whole event, which made transitioning between areas enjoyable. The maze is basic but still good fun for the younger ones.
There are plenty of add-on bits to do at an extra cost, such as a circus, pony rides, and games.
I was dubious about attending as I had heard that last year was not very good but they seemed to have improved and it was very busy.
We look forward to coming back next year and will aim to go in the evening as it seems to come alive after dark! 💀

Great Value for money, lots to do, plenty of photo opportunities, the circus was brilliant and worth the money for that alone. Highly recommend for anyone who loves Halloween.

My 3 year old and 8 month old daughter absolutely loved this gaff! It's kinda like a petting zoo/farm/park.

The play area is massive! Mini gold thats included in the ticket price, huge castle for little ones to run round in and a huge bouncy pillow thing.

Staff were golden also, I ended up buying my daughter a cup that she could colour in but we had no pencils, the staff member at the till had gone and got us some from the arts and craft room. Little touch but really appreciated!

The shop is hella expensive though I will say that but the entry fee is fair considering what you get out of the day!

9/10 would recommend

Mmm difficult.
Lots of advertising, looked good.
But honestly even though the weather was not too good, the entertainment was not anywhere as good as the advertising.
Probably great as local venue but not on par, not even close to. The Dorset Steam Fare.
Sorry but even if the waster was good, not worth the travelling from Dorset and back.
Long way for a poor show, Sorry..!

Entry tickets for motorfest are way overpriced
Once you're in you gotta pay for everything, rides etc
Entry ticket should cover everything apart from food and drinks
None of the rides accept card payment so make sure you got lots of cash because they're not cheap
Not much to see the kids were bored after 1 hour
