I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment due to the rude behavior of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with a lack of respect and courtesy. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting me and acted as if my presence was an inconvenience. Their unprofessional attitude made what should have been a simple and pleasant interaction incredibly frustrating.

I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there's no excuse for treating customers poorly. It’s unfortunate because the location itself is nice, but the staff's behavior completely overshadowed any positive aspects. I won’t be returning and would advise others to avoid this place if they expect to be treated with basic decency.

Customer service is really poor. Very very rude people. Cheaters also. Bought a chicken and beef, beef was routed. Chicken on the pack price per kg and price does not match. When went back to complain, person by name Sadiq ( manager) was so rude and told me not to coma back again, forget about any apology. And did not take back the item.
Shop at your own risk.

I will complain to concerned authorities.

During my first visit to Khanjra International Foods, I was thoroughly impressed by the wide range of available stock and competitive pricing. The level of customer service provided was exceptional, with particular commendation for the exemplary assistance from staff member Zahraan (apologies if I spelt this incorrectly). His friendly demeanor and effective guidance in locating the desired products were greatly appreciated. He is an asset to the company. I extend my gratitude for the outstanding service received and anticipate returning for future visits.

The customer service is absolutely rubbish, and their staff are just plain rude. It's a shame that Muslim owned businesses act in such a way towards their customers. I also went in with a pram, which isn't allowed (but I wasn't aware), and the staff literally ushered me out of the shop shouting. (The baby was asleep, btw).

VERY TERRIBLE SERVICES!! Payment taking guy is extremely extremely rude. Never buy from them. Always send wrong or expired items. And when you tell them they don’t say anything and just keep asking for payment. For your own sake of respect please don’t buy from them.
