Given duff information from 2 separate female members of staff about the same postal query on two different occasions and had my time completely wasted. Not impressed. I also don’t appreciate having to stand while your staff are talking in a different language between themselves directly in front of me (about me). How rude is that? Clearly very little respect for their customers

Definitely an asset to the community. Considering we don’t have many options(if any) up this side of town for grocery delivery, these guys are a must have. Staff are absolutely lovely and they really do go all out to provide the best of customer service. Download the snappy/snappy shopper app and you will find them

I am autistic and have a clearly marked assistance dog. You were so obnoxioislt rude to me and did not take any time to explain when I told you I didn't understand and you walked off and served other people when I was still trying to get you to explain what you ment. You treated a disabled person like dirt off your shoe and deliberatly discriminated due to disability. You then spoke in a foreign language about me to another person and had a right old conflab about me amongst yourselves and finally brushed past me like I was notthing on your way to another area whilst I stood there trying to process everything and not knowing what am supposed to do. Your disgusting behaviour was the direct cause of my meltdown and am sure you'll justify all this in your reply but part of my autism is I do not lie. You are a disgrace to the post office counters services. You repeatedly put posts on fb wanting everyone to not be abusive and to be polite and cortous to your staff but it seems you think this applies regardless of how you treat the customers

Shop is very useful and just opened this year so they're getting used to the customer wants and nots. Very friendly staff and managers who gets the shortfall of products in when you ask. That's good service and why I'll prefer to shop at them rather than the chain stores because they've become too complacent and this store has a nice variety of wines and beverages.

Honestly the best shop in Currie! Staff are very helpful and kind! The fact that there’s a post office in Currie is class. Also the fact that their stock is top, better than Scotmid; a true asset to the community 🙂

I have been attending this Post Office since release and have not once had a bad experience.
The staff greet you with a smile when you walk in, and have blazing fast service.

I ordered via there web page yesterday and order was delivered in good time after being called to advise they did not have one of the items I had ordered and I accepted the substitution . Today I ordered from Currie food and wines exactly the same way as yesterday's, however today I had to call the store after over an hour has lapsed since ordering . It's now nearly 2 hours since ordering and still no delivery of my order . The lady came across on the phone as if she had no idea about my order or when it was expected to be delivered . Still waiting . Apart from the issue above,there is no way to cancel it . Clearly there has been a mistake somewhere . 🤞 my order gets delivered soon and they use this and fix whatever the issue was/is. Order was delivered and it seems the issue was a tech related one . Staff come across as very nice . My suggestion time is there are items instore that are not on the stores web page . Initially I noticed that the rolls they sell are not on the webpage shop. I only point this out as when I was in the store the gentleman told me they get there rolls fresh every day. Yet none to be found on the online shop page . Not a big loss I'm sure it's pretty time consuming to manage . Thanks Currie food and wines for the service .

Most friendly staff and the online delivery system is extremely convenient. It has become a new hobby to go over and over for shopping here
