I enjoyed a wonderful rifle shooting day with my boys and then a great clay shooting day with a couple of close friends in April at Kentfield and both were highly recommended. We have previously attended shooting days across the UK and in comparison Ian and Morgan are both outstanding hosts and Kentfield is a five star venue. Highly recommended

We had the pleasure of participating in a fantastic butchering course with Ian and his team, which was both enlightening and engaging. The course provided a thorough, hands-on experience, making it clear how our food journey begins on the farm and ends on the plate. What a great way to spend a day! My wife managed to get me onto one of the much sought-after Butchery days at Kentfield Country Estate in Offham as a birthday gift.

Ian and his team were the perfect hosts; nothing was too much trouble, and they took the time to explain everything in detail throughout the day. The farm estate is excellent, and you can see it is extremely well run, with the animals well looked after.

Topped off with a stunning BBQ featuring some of the meat from the herd, washed down with the hosts' home-made rhubarb vodka.

What a day. If you love your steaks and beef, are a BBQ aficionado, or a wannabe butcher, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

A great end to the day, sent home with a box of choice cuts from the herd.

We had a 30 person Covid wedding at the swan and a larger blessing reception at Kentfield Country Estate. I cannot fault the service we received. Ian was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our special day was brilliant and care free. Ian picked us up from our church service in his beautiful Aston Martin, we got lots of compliments on this aspect. He even drove the long way back to extend the pleasure of our journey. Kentfield itself was an absolutely gorgeous venue - exactly what we wanted. We were looking for a stunning rural venue with no fuss and pomp, just pure raw beauty and that’s exactly what we got. The lapa was a brilliant addition, the perfect place to dance under the stars and the marquee was a stunning place to hold the wedding breakfast. Many of our guests spent a while at our wedding exploring the venue and walking around the amazing lake. A true centerpiece! Kentfield have partnered with the swan pub for the catering and overall management of the weddings and we could not fault them either. Fantastic service, wonderful venue, best day ever!

My wife and I recently attended the butchers course Ran by Ian and Coldbreaths of Seal. It was held in the shooting lodge which was the perfect setting for the course. Throughout the day we learnt to to butcher a carcass from fore quarters, to primal cuts to steaks. It was a top class experience with two very helpful butchers to teach and answer any questions. The afternoon included some of the meat cooked on the charcoal BBQ grill and plenty of refreshments including wines, beers and even Ian’s home crafted vodkas and gins. The day ended with with the presentation of a meat box from the farm some of which was enjoyed the following day and the joints are in the freezer for Christmas. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable day by all in a stunning venue. Many thanks Ian and Co.

We got married at this beautiful venue in May. It has taken us a few months to reflect on how amazing our wedding at Kentfields was! We literally had the best day ever and working with Ian and Michelle the visions for our day came to life. We cannot thank Kentfields and their amazing staff enough for making every second of or wedding truly amazing. We’ve had so many comments from our guests about how stunning and fun the venue was. We are still buzzing weeks (and months) after! Thank you so so much and can’t wait for an excuse to come back.

I have had the pleasure of celebrating weddings, corporate and charity events at Kentfield; a brilliant, versatile venue set on the most stunning of grounds. The hosting team are wonderful and offer amazing service. Enjoying a drink overlooking the tranquil lake was the perfect way to end the day.
