Avoid this shop as much as possible and and go to ANGLING DIRECT

Brought a bivvy from these and pole snapped told me I have to wait 4 weeks
For a replacement part rather than exchanging it there and then so now I'm down over £1000 as cant do my trip to France now because i have no bivvy

when i asked to talk to a manager wich is my right as a consumer was told no when I said I have a right to talk to a manager the lady refused to contact them i was told to leave the shop

All these people care about is getting ur money out of ur pocket and that's it just another shop that only cares about there profits and not there customers

Item delivered to the wrong address, I had no apology out of the 4 different members of staff that I spoke to when trying to resolve my missing item. Poor customer service skills and issue is still unresolved after 4 weeks, I strongly advise avoiding ordering from them!

This shop is a joke I have purchased a Aqua Chair for £149 in November 2021 the back has collapsed, Kent tackle are suggesting a part refund or a replacement.
Why would I have a replacement if the chair collapsed

Wouldn’t even buy a pint of maggots from this tackle shop… they can talk the talk but certainly can’t walk the walk! ..time wasters !
