One of their drivers sped through a red light while I was crossing and nearly hit me. I don’t think he even realised that there were traffic lights. I contacted KFF with the number plate and other details and they’ve ignored me. I don’t think they’re too interested in how safely their drivers are driving.

Awful company! One of the lorry drivers hit a brick wall that nearly fell on me. The driver still to this day has not apologised and the company haven’t replied to any of my emails regarding this incident. Absolutely shocking!

Avoid. Rubbish. They want a business from you, but when you need help from them they are worst. They will block the account for 10£ and not even tell you before. Not to mention if you need refund from them they don't reply to your email unless you write them 10times. And many times they mix the order bring wrong order don't bring right amount of items. mess

Dont use this company. Recently every order there is a mistakes and they blame you why you didn’t check. I have to call them every-time they do mistake and spend my time dealing with their mistakes. With other companies i don’t have any problem.

Horrible company!
In July 2022 I chased them for around £400 credit they owed us for stock not delivered over multiple delivery’s. In feb 2023 there’re chasing me for £100. The business changed hands and the previous owner emailed them twice which the my conveniently claim they didn’t get (I have both the emails on thread including a response)!
Previous business was closed as was the bank account 6 months after chasing this credit. Now they get to keep to money as the business no longer exists.
Most of their stuff is over priced and the reps come and see you, waste your time claiming they want more business and weeks and weeks go by and you’re chasing them to give them money. Avoid avoid avoid.
